KB1000 - About subscription renewals
Scope
This article applies to anyone with a subscription to Ironman Software products and wants to enable either an automatic or manual renewal.
Manual Renewal Procedure
1. Log into your account at https://ironmansoftware.com/
2. Select the subscriptions tab
3. Below the subscription you would like to change, select the Manage Subscription in blue.
4. On the next screen, on the left notice it says either renews every month (for monthly) or renews every year (for yearly). On the right side near the manage button, select disable to turn auto renew off.
5. Next you will be asked to confirm your choice of disabling auto renew.
6. Your subscription payment is updated, you will no longer have your payment information visible, and below the subscriptions name there is a warning that it must be renewed (per illustration below).
7. You have now changed your auto renewal to manual renewal.
Once you change a subscription to manual renew, you will not be able to change back to auto renewal until you are at the checkout phase of the next purchase.
Automatic Renewal Procedure
1. Select the checkbox labeled Securely save payment details for automated subscription renewal to enable automatic renewal.
